Placing an order with us?
How to:

All orders must be placed via email or by calling the store. We do not take orders in store -- if you stop by the store to place an order, you will be directed to call or email us for all ordering/questions/etc. Our staff members who work out front are not trained to take orders and can only help with in store purchases / sending out orders.

Before you call:

Please make sure to have all relevant information ready (order date, what you need to order, number of servings, flavor, design ideas, etc.). We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders, so please make sure to have a credit card ready. If you have photos or ideas, please email those before calling.

Our decorators are most available for phone calls between 11am and 4pm Tuesday - Saturday. If you call and they are not available, they will give you a call back as soon as they are in and free.
